Bailey was honest, fair, and quick to respond when my sister lost her key and her landlord refused to perform a lockout service. When we called Bailey, he asked for a picture of the locks and was very forthcoming that the deadbolt would likely have to be broken and replaced. We thanked him and then called around some more. After an hour of searching for another solution, we called him back to have him perform the work. Within about a half hour of him showing up, we were able to get back into my sister's home. The deadbolt did have to be replaced, which he did quickly and again, charged fairly. He was polite and endured my never ending questions with grace

This is my first experience with a locksmith, and it could not have been easier. Bailey was extremely punctual and arrived 15 minutes after I placed the call. It took him two minutes, and I was ready to go! He gained my business!
